As a songwriter myself, my strength is melody. So most of the time, I work on lyric first then put melody along with it.

I had this lyric the year 2015 when I was traveling in Germany. I am pretty sure I was staying in a friend's place at Berlin who I just met in the hostel in Copenhagen. There's a piano inside her room! exactly! That's how big of her room. No kidding!

I came up with these lyric as you can tell easily. I was feeling depressed. I was feeling quite lost of myself. Lost and Found usually is a box full of stuffs that people lost. That time, I was feeling my joy and my heart were missing. I felt less happier than before. I had dream but I wasn't sure if I would be able to see them come true soon or not.

I wrote this lyric and kept time in my diary. By the way, I highly recommend of anyone out there who's also interested being a singer-songwriter. Have a personal journal or diary is a key!

One year after, I traveled back to Sydney Australia. The same time, Manuel was in town. He is a talented vocal and guitarist. I invited him to co-wirtie with me. We simply worked on melody into this song for few version. Then officially the song of "Lost & Found" was done!
